For carers, single parents, disabled people, NEET young adults and anyone with additional responsibilities, true inclusion is about choice, not pressure. Flexibility, autonomy and the ability to work around life circumstances are often just as important as income.

We help individuals build confidence, develop practical skills, and understand how flexible work can fit around their lives. Our approach recognises that employment is not one‑size‑fits‑all — and that meaningful inclusion means creating space for different ways of working.
